Shamblica brings more than 15 years in banking to the Chamber, currently serving as branch manager for United Bank in Hope Mills. She holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Education and is passionate about connecting local entrepreneurs with the resources they need to grow.

A retired U.S. Army veteran with 20 years of service, Joanne now channels that same commitment into community advocacy through VFW Post 10630, helping the Chamber build strong ties between local business and the veteran community.
